Now, we realize the 'p' word is bandied around so frequently as to be egregiously diluted but the cut was insane. The sequin lapel and tuxedo stripe on the pant showed a fantastically whimsical element but the slightly flared trouser leg added just the sleekest hint of '70s that was reminiscent of the BEST 
pant circa early Chloe in a way that made us feel wildly nostalgic and happy. Fash geek-fest over.

opening joke in this write up is an enticing one but we're not sure it conveys the proper sentiment which is that we ADORED Emma Stone's playful foray into prettily, citrussy color palettes. From her nails to her clutch to the foundation layer of her Bottega Veneta dress, we loved the completeness of her convictions.
