Comedian Jerry Seinfeld has a deal for you.

Seinfeld is selling his home in Telluride for $18 million.

The 14,000-square-foot, 12-bedroom, contemporary ranch home is fully furnished. It sits on almost 27 acres in a subdivision.

According to KMGH-TV, the home features four fireplaces, a 5,000-square-foot deck, a guest house and a private road.

So all of you who had money on Elin Nordegren landing a rich boyfriend before Tiger Woods won another major, please step up and collect your winnings. She’s back, baby.

Long-suffering Elin, rumored to have battered Tiger Woods’ Escalade with a golf club on that emotionally stormy Thanksgiving night in 2009, has been single again since August. And now TMZ and the New York Post are saying that she’s got a new man. And he’s a billionaire.

Her new love is “wealthy American investor” Jamie Dingman, according to the Post. Dingman once dated Bridget Moynahan, the mother of Tom Brady’s son.

    Elin, who divorced cheating golf great Tiger Woods following a series of scandals with multiple women, has been dating Dingman, the son of billionaire Michael Dingman, for months.

    Friends say Jamie is an accomplished emerging-markets veteran who has represented his father’s interests in China for the past six years. In the mid-1990s, he specialized in Russian private equity funds. He also owned an Indy car-racing team sponsored by World Childhood Foundation, a charity founded by Queen Silvia of Sweden.

    “He’s never been so happy. He and Elin have strong feelings for each other,” a friend said. “He’s a classic all-American guy. He’s handsome, a total gentleman and low-key. He’s never been in the press. Elin’s a very lucky girl; he’s a great guy but very private.”

    The source added, “He doesn’t play golf.”

Elin’s friends sure are chatty.

Look, Elin’s got plenty of her own money — enough to last several lifetimes. So I’m not believing that she latched onto this guy for his cash. But then again, if your first husband owned a yacht, it would be hard to downgrade to this guy.

Threatened snow leopards found in Afghanistan

A healthy population of snow leopards, elusive big cats threatened across the mountain ranges of Central Asia, has been found in one of the few peaceful areas of Afghanistan, a wildlife group said.

Camera traps documented the secretive, usually solitary animals at 16 locations across the Wakhan Corridor, a long panhandle in northeastern Afghanistan free from the insurgency that plagues most of the country, the World Conservation Society said in a statement seen Friday.

Listed as globally threatened, only some 4,500 to 7,500 snow leopards live across a dozen nations in the high mountain ranges of Central Asia. The cats are poached for their pelts and killed by shepherds guarding their flocks upon which the leopards sometimes prey.

The sleek, fuzzy-tailed leopards are also captured for the pet trade, while an increasing demand for their penises and bones in China, where some believe they enhance sexual performance, has also led to their decimation.

"This is a wonderful discovery. It shows that there is real hope for snow leopards in Afghanistan. Now our goal is to ensure that these magnificent animals have a secure future as part of Afghanistan's natural heritage," Peter Zahler, the World Conservation Society's deputy Asia director, said in the statement.

The New York-based group has been working in the Wakhan Corridor, which borders China, Pakistan and Tajikistan, since 2006 on protecting wildlife including the Marco Polo sheep and the ibex. George Schaller, a wildlife biologist with the society, has proposed creating a reserve in the region.

The statement, released Wednesday, did not estimate the number of leopards in the corridor, but said the species remained threatened.

The society, which works with the U.S. government's aid arm, USAID, is providing conservation education in every Wakhan school, has trained 59 rangers to monitor wildlife, constructed predator-proof livestock corrals and started an insurance scheme to compensate shepherds for livestock taken by predators, according to the statement.

Mark Cuban joins 'Shark Tank' for season three -- EXCLUSIVE

Shark Tank is giving Mark Cuban a promotion.

The Dallas Mavs owner stole the show during a trio of guest appearances on the business-based reality series last season. Now ABC and executive producer Mark Burnett have signed on Cuban for nearly all of season 3.

Cuban will appear in 10 of the reality show’s 13 episodes, which means the rest of the sharks can expect to look forward to the young billionaire aggressively outbidding them. Shark Tank is expected to return to Friday nights in midseason.

"We purchased 17 acres of land to have the church building on and our home along with anyone who wanted to make a change in their life and serve Jesus. As we were clearing off the land, My husband Pastor Jose A. Gutierrez and Sister Rose were going to lift up an old door to clear the area, I said no Brother Jose move over and let me help Sister move that. He hesitated but then he gave in. I put my foot down and began to help lift the door when I felt like someone had hit my foot with the full swing of a baseball bat and then a terrible burning began to spread across my foot and ankle. I raised the door on up and saw a 3 12 foot snake and I said it got me. My husband who is really exciteable, thought I was playing around because Jesus allowed me to remain very calm about this. Then they all saw the snake and began trying to kill it. I told my husband and other Brothers and sisters to send someone to the house or church to get praying oil. As we walked slowly to our front pourch, everyone began to start coming that way as they saw something was going on. I ask my husband to pray for me and with me to rebuke the poison that was going through my body. As I sat down on the pourch I asked someone to cut my foot and let it bleed. It took about 15 minutes for them to get something sharp, 2 or 3 different people brought over knives , razor blades but none were sharp. As a Brother was trying to cut my foot to let it bleed he kept shaking. he is the one who butchers all the meat for us and could not make the cut, by then 30 - 45 minutes had already gone by. I know the Lord healed me already and this was something they thought they needed to do. He finally cut my foot and let it bleed. Another Sister came up and told me they were going to take me to the hospital emergency room and I said I dont need to go. They all insisted so I went for them to check it. They called ahead so they were waiting for me with IVs ready to go and all but I had not began to go into anaphlactic shock so they could not administer the medications. All they could do was watch me and continually asking what had happened. I used this as a chance to witness to all that ask about our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ. About how His word is a living word, the same yeaterday, today and forever. They watched me 16 hours and my foot did swell and that was all. A specialist looked at my foot and said it was a snake bite, even the aproximate size and type of snake. I did get an area where I was bite that looked like it was going to rotten and they said they would have to cut out a 50 cent size hole in my foot. I said no I am standing on the promise of God's Holy word, "No deadly thing shall harm you...It was the hootest part of the summer here in Texas and I should have died but the grace of God was with me and He kept me and allowed me to use this as a tool to witness to others about Him and His wonderful love for us.
