Deena Nicole Cortese, a newcomer to the "Jersey Shore" cast last season, was reportedly in the car during the alleged accident.
The incident reportedly left Snooki's car stuck between the police vehicle and a wall, forcing Deena to exit Snooki's car through a window.

Snooki was arrested in 2010 while filming the third season of the show in Seaside Heights, N.J., and eventually pleaded guilty to disturbing the quiet enjoyment of the beach.
On the episode, Snooki was shown drinking before her arrest. However, this time around, a source connected with the production told TMZ that "zero alcohol was involved."

linked to contaminated cucumbers is claiming lives in Europe, where today a 16th victim was reported dead
, including the first person outside of Germany
. Over a thousand other patients across Europe are also reeling from the outbreak, which is one of the largest to ever hit the continent.
The bacteria, which causes hemorrhaging in the intestines, was found in organic cucumbers imported from Spain, packaged in Germany, and distributed to half a dozen other countries in Europe. The European Food Safety Alert Network said that the source has not yet been pinpointed, though diplomatic tensions between the European nations are arising because of the cucumbers (in a nutshell: everyone blames Spain), and some outside nations (like Russia) are banning some European vegetables entirely.
While the deadly vegetables haven't turned up in New York yet, last month we were hit with a cucumber recall over salmonella concerns, and earlier this month the FDA posted "7 Tips For Cleaning Fruits and Vegetables" to avoid more food contamination illnesses.

In 2005, they also starred in their own reality show, "My Fair Brady" and got married the following year after Knight proposed to Curry on the season finale.
On Sunday, Curry Tweeted, "May 29th, 2006 I married Christopher Anton Knight. Enjoy your weekend! I certainly am!!!"
Earlier in the month, Curry hinted at trouble at home on Howard Stern's radio show, Us Weekly reports. The reality star said at the time that she was "unsatisfied" at home and sought attention from her Twitter fans. She also admit that she often preferred masturbation to sexual relations with her husband.
Curry told OnTheRedCarpet.com at April's Reality Rocks event that the couple turned down a fourth season of the show to "concentrate on their marriage" and because VH1 wanted the reality star to have a child.
"Season three was all about my husband, my family and very much the network wanting me to conceive a child and I was not ready for a baby at the time, nor did I want to bring a child into the Hollywood environment, so we pulled the plug on the show," Curry told OnTheRedCarpet.com co-host Chris Balish at the Reality Rocks Expo in April. "We wanted to be focused on our marriage without people watching."
"Normally, they walk away [from a reality show] because they get a divorce, like Nick Lachey and Jessica Simpson," Curry continued. "But we got to walk away on our terms, which is a lot more satisfying than having people stop watching your show and having it pulled because there are low ratings."

After receiving a five-game suspension, it looked like Terrelle Pryor and other penalized Buckeyes could escape their crimes by going to the NFL through the supplemental draft. Head coach Jim Tressel made the players promise not to declare and they responded by choosing to stay at Ohio State.
Now that Tressel is gone though, that door through the supplemental draft has just reopened, especially for Terrelle Pryor.
According to the Columbus Dispatch, Pryor is under NCAA investigation and could be looking to dodge any further penalties by heading to the pros.
Now, there is no guarantee because of the NFL lockout that there will be a supplemental draft, but if there is, Pryor won't be alone. Cornerback Janoris Jenkins was kicked off the Florida Gator football team after his third arrest in less than two years. If there is a draft, Jenkins would almost definitely declare.
If Pryor chooses to declare, other Buckeyes could follow as well. Wide receiver DeVier Posey could've declared this year, but would be given another opportunity in which he could follow his quarterback to the big leagues.
If the investigations begin to heat up and the NFL plans a supplemental draft, it wouldn't be a shocker to see Pryor bolt out of Columbus.
